Alan Resler, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
Mr. Resler has more than 25 years of experience in senior management roles for high growth, entrepreneurial companies. He began his career at Arthur Andersen where he earned his CPA designation. Mr. Resler then became the senior financial officer at MultiMate International Corporation, which developed and sold the world's leading word processing program for the personal computer market until its sale in 1985.
Mr. Resler then joined Rogers, Casey and Associates, Inc. as its CFO, an industry leader in the investment consulting industry. Most recently, Mr. Resler served as the senior financial officer for Shuttle America Corporation, a regional commercial airline serving markets in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic States. Mr. Resler was educated at the University of Connecticut where he received his B.S. Cum Laude in Business Administration.
Michael Rooksby, President
Mr. Rooksby was educated at the University of Phoenix and Rochester Institute of Technology, where he received his B.S. in Business Management and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) respectively. Since joining Safe Passage International in 1993, Mr. Rooksby has helped grow the company from a small startup to a global enterprise. Under his leadership, Safe Passage has scaled its infrastructure and broadened its offerings while maintaining a culture of strong innovation. His background uniquely prepares him to lead Safe Passage International's efforts toward training solutions that focus on securing critical infrastructure. With the executive team, Mr. Rooksby oversees the company's technical and business strategy.
Mr. Rooksby also holds professional memberships in the American Society of Industrial Security, The American Society for Training and Development, The Society for Applied Learning Technology and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
Raymond Wahl, Vice President Sales
Mr. Wahl brings more than 25 years of experience in business development and sales management across a variety of industries. He has held management positions at Ziff-Davis Education and Eastman Kodak Co. and was Vice-President of Sales at Learn.com. After that, Mr. Wahl spent five years as the Director of Business Development at Global Knowledge Software, where he established partner and indirect sales channels resulting in the growth and expansion of enterprise-wide software solutions. Prior to joining Safe Passage International, Mr. Wahl served as Strategic Alliance Manager at Oracle, where he managed global relationships with major system integrators within the Industries Business Unit.
Mr. Wahl leads Safe Passage International's global sales efforts for security training solutions. This includes establishing go-to-market strategies for Safe Passage's Direct and Indirect sales teams, and driving revenue growth with key partners in geographies throughout the world.
