TSA Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) Training Program

TSA created the certified cargo screening program (CCSP) to enable industry to achieve the 100% screening mandate. The CCSP authorizes facilities to become certified cargo screening facilities (CCSFs). CCSFs must comply with the Alternate Procedure to IACSSP (AP-IACSSP-08-002), which requires IACs to implement processes, procedures, and training to ensure their facilities are secure and chain of custody is maintained. The regulations mandate a stringent and comprehensive training program for all individuals with access to or screening cargo.
