X-Ray Tutor 
X-Ray Tutor is a scientifically based training program, specifically designed to increase the detection of threat objects in X-ray images. It has been developed by Dr. Adrian Schwaninger, Visual Cognition Research Group, University of Zurich. At the heart of X-Ray Tutor are the results of scientific studies on how the human brain distinguishes between objects using viewpoint angles. The scientific theories, combined with sophisticated learning algorithms, create the world's only scientifically based, individually adaptive object recognition training program. X-Ray Tutor is currently used by some of the largest security organizations in the world. The United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has installed X-Ray Tutor at airports across the country as part of its training and professional development program for airport security screeners.
